I have placed a few of my larger sculptures in this gallery. I began doing sculpture in the early 70's working primarily in wood and stone. I also used clay and went on to create some pieces in bronze. Out of all the mediums I have used, I think I enjoy stone the most. I will be adding more images to this gallery soon.

This gallery holds images of large works that go into the world of fantasy and magic realism. You will find a series that I produced from 1999 - 2005 and newer large works.
"Spirit of the Stones":1999 - 2005 - Are a series of large paintings and sculpture (in sculpture gallery)click here to see the fine art sculpture)- that takes the viewer into a fantasy world of the spirit. A quest for answers to the big questions, the universal truths. They create a visual story, a symbolic interpretation into the seven transformational stages of life force energy within the universe. The first stage is stone (the core of our planet, the second stage is symbols on stone(knowledge & intellect), third is levitating(connecting of body, mind & spirit), fourth is form (becoming the physical), the fifth is enlightenment(moving through portals, life's path), the sixth stage is becoming spirit(changing from stone into blue transparent) and last is passing into pure life force(spheres of light).

This gallery is a MIXED bag of fun stuff. I started doing collage work in the late 60's. Collage was a big thing at that time. When I began doing them, they were to be studies for future paintings (of which I still have not done). I found that through my process of creating them, it enhanced my design quality and opened my mind to new ideas. This was all flat imagery; cut, paste, draw and paint to produce a final image that appeared to look like a photo. They were all strange, surreal fantasies and I called them "Dreamscapes". I have sold a few of them but the majority of the originals are in my own collection. The last 3-4 years, I continue to do them but have also had fun with more 3-d dimensional assemblage/collage(that I sell). So, ENJOY!!
