"Tonk"
approx.9.5 inches high
Isle of Appleshire Series
If you need something made of metal, just go to Tonk. He has followed his family tradition to be the third generation blacksmith for the past 120 years, living in the village of Earthgate. He is still single but from what I have heard, he has taken a fancy to Fiona Mae Figgle but she denies it.
His head and extremities are prosculpt clay with a soft stuffed body. He wears a wool shirt and knit pants. He has a leather apron to hold his metal and tools and worn out rabbit fur boots. His anvil and hammer are made of Aves Apoxie.
Feel free to email for questions or pricing.

"Margaret Noteworthy"
approx.9.5 inches high
Isle of Appleshire Series
Margaret is the village records keeper. At her ripe ol'age of 395 yrs, she is the one to ask if you want to know about anyone. She keeps all the records, including the census, village news, supplies and repairs. She is very sweet but
everybody knows she is also a bit of a "nipper" (keeps a good bottle of her favorite booze, under her desk)so, .
Her head, extremities and her leaf shoes with buttons are prosculpt clay with a soft stuffed body. She has a pink linen top and colorful knit socks and flowered cotton skirt. She sits on a gourd chair behind a wood desk that holds all of her work items. There is a little hard bound book, ink well, a list of supplies and a list of repairs.

approx.9 inches high
Isle of Appleshire Series
This was in the Summer 2008 issue of Art Doll Quarterly magazine with article of "The World of Appleshire".
Fiona is one of the older residents of Earthgate village. Her love of flowers started at a very early age. She spent many of her younger years traveling and searching for rare and unusual plants. Wanting to know more, she became dedicated to study and experimenting which eventually led her into developing special herbal medicines and potions that earned her the title of medical mystic. These later years are filled with magical potions and raising and selling the most beautiful flowers in all the village.
Fiona has a soft sculpted body with head and extremities of Prosculpt clay, mohair hair and brown glass eyes. She wears a soft cotton dress with knit jacket, a soft velvety hat and leather shoes. Her gloves are sculpted and her basket is a gourd.

"Tommy Twig"
approx.4 inches high
Isle of Appleshire Series
Tommy is now a resident of Korwood Forest and although his family, like many of his species, are very social, they are known to travel long distances to visit others who live in heavily treed areas on the island. He is an English Nutter and, as you might not be knowledgeable about these little beings, I will fill you in on a little of what I know. When they are born, they are so tiny that they fit into half of a nut shell. In fact before they are born, the parents MUST have their shell prepared. They spend there time in the shell until they are big enough to wear it on their backs. This is to protect a large hump that holds their magical powers. They live in the hollows of trees which are often decorated with shiny objects that they find irresistible.

"Twilla June"
approx.8 inches high
Isle of Appleshire Series
A long time resident of Korwood Forest, Twilla June is not as she appears to be. Yes, she is a wood nymph but as I found out the day I met her, she is much, much more. As a nymph she is very quick, able to appear from place to place within the blink of an eye and appears to be very young ,her true age is unknown, a bit timid and frivolous. I fear to say more until you meet her in the first adventure.
She is a full sculpted body of Cernit, mohair hair and hand painted eyes. Since wood nymphs are rarely seen by the average person, she wears a little bit of old lace, woven by a very old spider weaver, and a small silk loin cloth. She wears this bare minimum of attire due to the fact that she is a little modest at times.

"Albert Buttonwood"
approx.8 inches high
Isle of Appleshire Series
Albert, at the young age of 175 yrs.,is a care-free resident of the village of Earthgate. He was a helpful and creative young boy who had a problem with tying bows and learning knots. He found his true calling when buttons started to become popular in the village and immediately began carving a beautiful line of styles for his family to use. His wonderful designs were such a big hit with others, that he decided to sell them. The demand grew very quickly and soon he was taking orders and hiring two other carvers. He enjoys hiking and traveling so he occasionally takes those times to peddle his buttons and find new customers in other parts of the island.
